- Booking and payment information: appointment details and deposit or payment records. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Automatic information: pages visited, the device and browser used, and how you arrived at our site (for example, the ad or link you clicked).
How we use it
- To give you a quote, schedule and perform your service, and take deposits and payments.
- To contact you by text, email or phone about your quote, appointment and service, including follow-ups and reminders.
- If you opt in, to send occasional seasonal reminders and offers. You can opt out at any time.
- To ask for feedback and reviews, and to improve our services and website.
- To measure how well our advertising works.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you as described in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
